Our team works tirelessly to process your orders as soon as they come in. We are here Monday - Friday, except for federal holidays (cuz everyone deserves a break).
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and once it's fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs/duty fees upon delivery.
- Sh*t happens, and we'll help the best we can but please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier delayed packages.
Exchanges
Due to heavy inventory fluctuation we are unable to accommodate exchanges. If you're interested in sizing up or down, our best suggestion is to do a return for Store Credit. This will allow us to expedite your refund and hook you up with a pre-paid return label.

Price Match Policy
We know everyone loves a good sale, but what happens if you bought something on sale and it doesn't fit? Don't stress! We got you.
- If you bought something on sale we'll be more than happy to set you up with a discount code to repurchase the next size up or down.
- All you need to do is send us an email at info@tukshoes.com and we'll take care of you.
- Please note, BOGO or flash sale promotions (no code needed promos) are NOT eligible for price matching.
How long until I receive my refund?
Patience is a virtue, or something like that.
- Returns and refunds are processed within 2 weeks of receipt.
Something's wrong with my order, help!
Nobody's perfect and mistakes happen, so if you notice something wrong with your order contact us at info@tukshoes.com so that our Customer Care Team can help you resolve your issue.
- Contacting us directly is the preferred method of communication for mis-ships and defects.
- This will streamline us in assisting you right away, versus being treated as a standard return.
Returns
Ship back shoes within 60 days of purchase.
- Shoes must be returned in unworn and in resellable condition in their original box and packaging.
- Any merchandise returned with signs of wear or damage will be refused (so don't even waste your time).
- Returns and refunds are processed within 2 weeks of receipt.
- We do not refund your original shipping costs.
- All socks are final sale.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received back at our warehouse, our team will inspect and issue your refund accordingly.
- Most returns and refunds are processed within 2 weeks of receipt.
- If your refund method is store credit message us and we might be able to expedite it for ya.
U.S. Returns
Here's the down n' dirty:
- Start in our Return Portal
- You'll need your Order Number and the associated email.
- Select your preferred refund method (Ex: store credit or refund) and let us know the reason.
- If you're in the U.S. you'll be provided with a pre-paid return label. The label cost is free if you select store credit, or $10 if you opt to be refunded back to your original payment method. This amount will be deducted from your refund on the back end. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Returns
Here's the nitty gritty info:
- Start in our Return Portal - You'll need your Order Number and the associated email.
- Select your preferred refund method and let us know the reason.
- Simply purchase a return label at your local shipping place and send us an email with the tracking number so we can follow the return along its journey. Once we receive them back at our warehouse, we will issue a refund.
- Mail your return package to:
- If you choose store credit, any shipping paid on your original order will be included in your refund.
- Please note this does not include customs or duty fees, since those are set and imposed by your country NOT us.
