General Shipping Info

Our team works tirelessly to process your orders as soon as they come in. We are here Monday - Friday, except for federal holidays (cuz everyone deserves a break).

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and once it's fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.

· Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs/duty fees upon delivery.

· Sh*t happens, and we'll help the best we can but please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier delayed packages.

Nobody's perfect and mistakes happen, so if you notice something wrong with your order contact us at info@tukshoes.com so that our Customer Care Team can help you resolve your issue.

· Contacting us directly is the preferred method of communication for mis-ships and defects.

· This will streamline us in assisting you right away, versus being treated as a standard return.

Returns

Ship back shoes within 60 days of purchase.

· No exchanges, only refunds are available.

· Shoes must be returned in unworn and in resellable condition in their original box and packaging.

· Any merchandise returned with signs of wear or damage will be refused (so don't even waste your time).

· Returns and refunds are processed within 2 weeks of receipt.

· We do not refund your original shipping costs.

· All socks are final sale.
