These fanciful heels from our Va Va Voom! collection will add the perfect amount of spice and a little bit nice to your slinky Summer halter dress!  The black faux leather upper has a peep toe front that is decorated with a black bow with red and silver heart charm.  The ankle strap is adjustable with buckle closure.  The hidden 3/4 inch platform is printed with red polka dots that peek out below the peep toe opening.  The heel is about 5 inches high.  All man made materials.
